 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Roof Technology charged us Vat on a new build property. Whilst anyone can make a mistake, when as customers we asked for the VAT back, whilst claiming they would rectify this they entered into delaying tactics instead, by continually asking for proof that we were entitled to the Vat back. We provided proof from planning, and from Revenues & Customs both of these were dismissed by them. They owed us £1200. In the end we made a claim against them at the high court. They lost the case and the debt was upheld. Even then they demanded proof that the court had ruled, claiming they received no papers from the court. I sent the court papers to their accountant and only then did they return the Vat. It took us 9 months and a lot of administration to get our money back.

A This is certified by the British Board of Agreement (BBA).

A It is possible to overlay an existing roof, but we would need to carryout a pull-out or core test to make sure the roof deck is sound.

A Ponding occurs for a number of reasons and will not be solved by changing the roof cover only. Water ponding does not affect the performance of our products.

A Once the roof cover is removed the existing deck will assessed. If it is found to be waterlogged or not structurally sound then it will need to be replaced. This may alleviate ponding problems.

A A warm roof deck is constructed by fixing the insulation layer onto the structural timber deck this elevates the problem of condensation occurring in the roof void.

A Yes our roofing systems will take light foot traffic although if ladders are to be used it is recommended that the area is boarded out.

A No. There are various established methods to create watertight solutions around these areas.
